Situated east of Vegas proper is Sunrise Manor, an unincorporated town on the outskirts of the valley known for its diversity and family-friendly atmosphere. In Sunrise Manor, homebuyers will find a wide variety of single-family homes and condos friendly to any budget. These homes are a comfortable distance from the hectic Strip, yet close enough to the city center to access its attractions when the mood strikes. On the north end of Sunrise Manor is Nellis Air Force Base, which hosts air combat training and has more squadrons than any other US Air Force base. Las Vegas Motor Speedway is just north of town, while Frenchman Mountain forms an eastern border.
Busy but very convenient. Easy access to schools, grocery stores, and major streets.
With mountains nearby and lots of children outdoors playing, you simply must get out and enjoy the fresh air.
Unfriendly neighbors. You rise with the sun, how could you be grumpy?
Sunrise has a tremendous amount of growth potential and is constantly evolving. There are a lot of multi family units and more land to build on.
The gorgeous morning sunrises. Hence the name “sunrise”.
